Madison Mayfair were retained to find a Senior Manager Engineering Support. This individual was to join an engineering support team that develops, manages and implements standards for all brands across the European portfolio.
The role involves the review of building engineering service drawings with respect to construction brand standards for multiple brands and multiple projects for both new build developments and CAPEX projects.
The Senior Manager Engineering Support will work with the company’s Area Operations Engineering team to understand the performance of new hotels once these become operational, and use feedback to gain insight into the design schemes for future operations.
