We were retained by an Asian client, which is an asset owning company that operates its own hotels under a franchise, we were sought to place a site-based Construction Project Manager in Indonesia.

Reporting to the appointed Project Director, and supported by Technical Service project teams in both Jakarta and in the Bangkok head office, the candidate will be required to oversee the implementation of works on site, closely monitoring the application of resources and progress of work.

They will assist in the mitigation of any delays and help to ensure that the quality of works is up to standard. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesian language and/or good language skills was necessary

We were mandated by one of the World’s largest and most dynamic hotel companies to search for an Area Director of Technical Services.

With a portfolio of over 1000 hotels in operation and under development, a global footprint covering 81 countries and a powerful set of global brands, our client sought an individual to fill a new role which had been created to manage a small team of area engineers whilst supporting project delivery and planning for the hotel estate situated across the Nordics (primarily, Norway, Sweden and Denmark).

The highly qualified individual was driven, academic, possessing a Project Management, Construction and Engineering background and took ownership for all property related activities in the region.

We were retained by a client based in Asia, we were searching for a dynamic and experienced VP of Revenue Management to oversee all ten properties that are in operation in Asia and take on further properties that are under development.

Based in the corporate office in Bangkok the successful individual will be responsible for implementing a revenue management strategy for a growing portfolio of hotels. At present this organisation has 10 operating properties, but with an extensive pipeline of hotels under construction this will grow considerably throughout the region.
