Commercial Finance & Projects Manager – London

Are you a commercially minded finance professional with a passion for luxury hospitality?

We are seeking a Commercial Finance & Projects Manager on behalf of one of the world’s most prestigious collections of luxury hotels, renowned for creating exceptional guest experiences, iconic destinations and award-winning service. This is an exciting opportunity to join the central finance team in London and play a key role in supporting the continued success and growth of an internationally recognised luxury hotel portfolio.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will work across the business, combining commercial finance, strategic analysis and project management to help drive performance, improve profitability and support investment decisions. This is a varied, high-profile role offering exposure to senior stakeholders and multiple business functions.

The Role

• Lead and deliver group-wide finance projects that enhance efficiency and commercial performance.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth, margin improvement and cost optimisation.
• Partner with Development, Design, Food & Beverage and operational teams on investment appraisals, business cases and ROI analysis.
• Analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, pricing strategies and revenue management performance.
• Support hotel finance teams by developing best practice processes and providing commercial insight.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and deliver ad hoc analysis for the CFO and VP of Finance.

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• At least three years’ post-qualified experience in a commercial finance, business partnering or strategic finance role.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and presentation skills, with an excellent understanding of IFRS.
• Commercially astute with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present complex financial information clearly.
• Highly organised, adaptable and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English; Italian language skills would be advantageous.
• A genuine passion for luxury hotels and the hospitality industry.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
