Senior Finance Manager – Hybrid

We’re looking for a commercially astute Senior Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to play a pivotal role in supporting the next phase of growth. Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll be far more than a finance expert—you’ll be a trusted business partner, helping to influence strategic decisions, improve commercial performance and support exciting investment projects.

This role is Hybrid | UK with occasional European travel.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a broad and highly visible role where you’ll work across multiple areas of the business, providing commercial insight and ensuring the finance function supports operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing monthly management accounts and delivering insightful financial analysis.
• Leading the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Partnering with operational teams to identify opportunities to improve performance and profitability.
• Monitoring capital expenditure across refurbishment and development projects.
• Preparing board reports and supporting investor reporting requirements.
• Assisting with acquisitions, funding activities and financial modelling.
• Driving continuous improvement across finance systems, processes and controls.
• Coaching and supporting junior members of the finance team.

About You

You’ll be a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, growing business where no two days are the same.

You’ll ideally have:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or be part-qualified).
• Strong experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager with no more than 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Previous hospitality, hotel or multi-site operational experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Advanced Excel capability.
• The confidence to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery.

Experience within an entrepreneurial, owner-managed or private equity-backed business would be highly advantageous, as would exposure to acquisitions, refurbishment projects or finance transformation initiatives.
