An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading hotel investment platform as a Transactions Manager on a six-month fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced hotel real estate professional who can quickly take ownership of live acquisitions, disposals and financing transactions across a high-quality European hospitality portfolio. Working closely with senior leadership, investors, lenders, legal advisers and external partners, you will play a key role in delivering complex transactions through to completion. This is an execution role and not involved in sourcing or originating hotel deals. Ideally you will be a qualified accontant or lawyer with a background working in practice in the M&A team.
This is an office based role – Monday to Friday
The Role
- Execute buy-side and sell-side hotel transactions.
- Manage financing and refinancing processes with lenders and debt advisers.
- Coordinate due diligence across legal, financial, tax and technical workstreams.
- Drive transaction programmes, board approvals and deal execution.
About You
You will have:
- Demonstrable experience managing hotel or real estate transactions.
- Strong knowledge of acquisitions, disposals and debt financing.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to operate independently in a fast-paced investment environment.
- Experience working with investors, lenders and external advisers on complex real estate transactions.
- 5 years’ experience post qualification
- Must be eligible to work in the UK as sponsorship will not be provided.
