One of the largest private property companies in Europe with substantial investments, developments and business interests has mandated Madison Mayfair to search for a Hotel Operations Director.
Working closely with unit management, the successful candidate will work to optimise revenue, reduce cost and therefore increase profitability and subsequently asset value of the portfolio.
The position will oversee all operating results, asset performance from each property, review and approve budgets and track them against actual results.
Furthermore the position will work closely with the appropriate teams identifying areas of improvement with the hotels in particular capital expenditure and approve return on investment.
