Retained by our client , we sought an individual for the position of Regional Design Director, Brand Development-AMEA
The role had recently been created by our client to ensure that brand standards were tailored to reflect both regional and country differences. The regional role sat within the Design & Engineering function and would manage the detailed implementation plan for the region.
Working with the regional teams, the successful candidate needed to understand where the product was failing locally, carry out impact assessments to disseminate what are the attributes within a brand that are fundamental and where there was scope for flexibility.
The vision was to ensure that once the project was completed the business would have in place over arching standards that were concise, clear and measurable standards across the region.
