We are seeking a high-energy Financial Controller to support a well known internationally branded hotel in Belgium, working with a well-respected global hotel group. This is a key leadership role, partnering closely with the General Manager to provide strong financial control, commercial insight, and strategic decision support.
The Role
You will have full ownership of the hotel finance function, delivering accurate reporting, robust controls, and forward-looking financial insight. Acting as a true business partner, you will help drive performance, profitability, and operational efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for hotel finance operations and reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance commentary
- Cash flow and working capital management
- Compliance with internal controls, brand standards, and statutory requirements
- Leadership and development of a small finance team
About You
This role suits an ambitious Assistant / Deputy Financial Controller, or a strong commercial finance professional from a related industry. You will bring commercial acumen, integrity, and the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
