Our client is a leading owner and operator of hotels with a portfolio of diverse hotel brands. Due to continued growth, the African Director has a need for a Regional Financial Analyst to help him with day to day and month to month responsibilities. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture with a view to pursuing a career hotel finance and asset management.
In addition to hotel accounting knowledge as well as USALI and IFRS, candidates will need to have the following software skills.
- Advanced: Excel (Macros) and PowerPoint, SQL
- Knowledge of Hotel Software: Sage/Opera/Symphony/Micros/Materials Controls – preferred
- Working knowledge in supporting implementation of Business Intelligence Enterprise Management tools – preferred
At least 5 years of working experience preferrable in a hospitality corporate/regional role.
Candidates must be currently based in either Nairobi or Dubai. Relocation not provided.
