Retained by a client who is a leading provider of serviced apartments, we have been asked to search for a Regional Director of Sales to cover Europe, Middle East & Africa.

Working as a sales leader to ensure revenue growth in the region, the potential to double revenue is a realistic target.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring, developing, managing and motivating the sales streams to perform to their highest level. A background in corporate housing, hotel, or other service related industry is preferred as is a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university equivalent experience.

Formal sales management and/or negotiation training would be beneficial.

Our client is one of the leading global hospitality company’s in the World and they were looking to recruit a French speaking Project Director for UK & Ireland, Western & Southern Europe.

We were retained by an Asian client, which is an asset owning company that operates its own hotels under a franchise, we were sought to place a site-based Construction Project Manager in Indonesia.

Reporting to the appointed Project Director, and supported by Technical Service project teams in both Jakarta and in the Bangkok head office, the candidate  will be required to oversee the implementation of works on site, closely monitoring the application of resources and progress of work.

A global hotel group needed to search the market to recruit and identify a Design Director to become part of team with huge growth objectives in Russia & CIS. The role was needed in order support the design and construction of both franchised and managed hotels.

The individual needed to be highly technical and had a track record in managing hotel design and construction projects in the Russia area. The individual needed to take ownership for all design and engineering matters.
