Based within a luxury destination that offers refined hospitality, world-class amenities, and unforgettable guest experiences, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Finance to join our client’s executive leadership team to drive their financial operations forward with excellence and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
As Director of Finance, you will be responsible for the strategic financial leadership of the resort, including:
- Leading all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, tax, and financial reporting requirements
- Managing cash flow, capital expenditure, and working capital
- Overseeing accounting, payroll, and procurement functions
- Partnering with the General Manager and department heads to support operational efficiency and profitability
- Presenting financial reports and insights to ownership and stakeholders
- Implementing robust internal controls and risk management strategies
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team
Qualifications & Experience
- Senior financial leadership experience, ideally within luxury hospitality or resort operations
- Strong knowledge of Tunisian financial regulations and international accounting standards
- Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic – French is a plus
