Director of Finance – Morocco

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Finance to join our client’s Hotel Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial and strategic direction of one of Morocco’s most luxury destinations.

Your Impact

Reporting directly to the General Manager, with a strong connection to both Regional and Corporate Finance leadership, you will be at the heart of decision-making. As Director of Finance, you will:

• Safeguard the hotel’s financial assets and resources
• Deliver accurate, timely financial insights that guide strategy
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls
• Advise senior leadership on key business decisions
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations and corporate standards

Who You Are

• Deep expertise in accounting principles and hands-on experience across finance, purchasing, food & beverage control, and IT
• A passion for developing talent, with integrity and transparency at your core
• A strategic thinker with strong business acumen and operational awareness
• A collaborative partner, change driver, and advocate for employees
• Previous hotel opening experience (preferred)
• Fluency in French and English
• Eligibility to work in Morocco
