Madison Mayfair were retained to build an entire executive team for a new hotel investment company with a focus on Asia’s emerging markets.

An integral part of this assignment was to identify and VP for Development to lead and execute the ambitious development strategy in China.

The individual will now amalgamate a country development team to deliver this ambitious business plan and ensure long-term growth for the lease model adopted for the Chinese market.
