Regional Financial Controller – Berlin

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute finance leader to lead the finance team for 4 hotels based in Berlin.

As a Regional Financial Controller, you will be ensuring that all accounting processes and procedures are completed efficiently and accurately. You will be fully responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate accounting function and work closely with property General Manager’s and Head Office Finance team based in London.

Experience

  • Have qualifications or extensive experience in Accountancy/Finance
  • Highly experienced in analysis and requirement gathering, ideally having operated in an organisation through business change and transformation
  • Established, with a proven track record of introducing cost saving financial initiatives, new systems and processes
  • Experience managing budgets, increasing profitability and forecasting results in a similar-sized property
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU
  • Fluency in German
